3% Grenache are fermented together in stainless steel and aged for 6 months in concrete resulting in a round yet fresh and crunchy red bursting with smokey red berry fruit

with a portion in concrete to preserve freshness

and a little herbaceous

Sourced from some of Adelaide Hill's most intriguing vineyards

historically it has always produced very elegant wines thanks to a deep layer of marine sand (50-60 cm)
