Sønderriis - Quintet 1 TubaQuintet 1 by Stig Snderriis. A thought process began years ago for Stig Snderriis about his series of Brass Quintets he wanted to write. He wanted to write specifically in a Danish Idiom, and sat out on the journey to accomplish the task. He ended up with 5 fantastic quintets, which of the 2nd was premiered by the Brass Quintet of the Royal Lifeguard of Denmark. The 1st Quintet will be premiered by the Scandinavian Brass Quintet in January 2019.
