It is then bottled with any fining or filtration. This approach preserves all the texture and aromatic complexity that makes this Godello so distinct and altogether delicious. The nose is generous but focused, with aromas of honey, yellow apple and lemon zest. The palate reveals all these flavours with an enticing salty twist.
