Highland Park 30yr old ABV: 45.7%NOSE: Sweet and floral, with some sour fruit, like unripe peaches and mango, and lime zest, sweet buttery pastry, marzipan, cola bottles, sticky cherries, plum jam and a hint of metal. PALATE: Marzipan and sherry fruit first, then shoot through to sour spices and wood. There were also good marichino cherries, polished wooden floors and big woody spice.
