Kolonia 52 - Bleu de Hongrie 2022 (750ml) Batard-Montrachet Grand CruA dry medium bodied red from hillsides of Szent Gyrgy hegy above Lake Balaton. Whole cluster Kkfrankos is fermented with 50% being foot stomped. Aged in 600L oak barrels for 11 months, this is fresh with dark cherries and herbs. Pair with Hortobgyi palacsinta.
