We use 304 Stainless Steel for durability and to be sanitary. Our Sight Glasses are made of Borosilicate Glass, proven to hold with hydrocarbon exposure. And our gaskets are made of Viton so they don't degrade. Each Kit Includes: (1) 6" x 8" Tri Clamp Base (1) 6" x 2" Tri Clamp Bowl (1) 6"
