Their most common and diverse plantings are Syrah and Grenache

with an ancient old thatched roof farmhouse dating back to the late 18th Century

cloudy wines because it continued to ferment inside the bottle after it was sealed

In the winery they use old French Oak (not expensive) and have very little in the way of technology (still use basket presses)

and the graceful integration of all the elements involved in winemaking
